Ohio State Signed Program Page. Signed by Bob Ferguson, Ron Houck, Tom Matte, John Tyner, and Bill Wentz. Houck and Wentz part of OSU National Championship and both passed away in 2014.

Tyner was on the All AFL team, he passed away in 1980. Matte was a Pro Bowler with the Colts and recently passed away in 2021. Ferguson was a 2x All American and member of the College Football HOF. Program page was folded in thirds and has two creases, but does not affect autographs.
